On June 17, Dongguan UEALINK Electronics Co., Ltd. and global connector giant Molex held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony, during which the two parties signed a two-year framework agreement for the supply of wiring harnesses to support industrial automation and high-end medical equipment, with an estimated annual supply value exceeding RMB 13 million. Under the terms of the agreement, UEALINK will custom-design specialized wiring harnesses for Molex’s global industrial equipment and high-end diagnostic and treatment device product lines, including ISO13485‑compliant medical‑grade fluoroplastic silicone rubber cables, highly flexible industrial drag chain harnesses, and complete sets of multi‑specification connectors. These products strictly adhere to industry standards such as VW‑1 low‑smoke halogen‑free, medical biocompatibility, and tens of thousands of bend cycles, and are accompanied by comprehensive third‑party test reports from UL and ISO13485, ensuring compliance with export regulations in multiple regions worldwide. Representatives from both parties stated that Molex boasts a global network of connector sales channels, while UEALINK possesses one‑stop custom manufacturing capabilities for all categories of specialty cables and wiring harnesses. This deep collaboration seamlessly integrates the complete industrial and medical high‑end electrical component supply chain. Leveraging the mature electronics industry cluster in Dongguan, the partnership significantly shortens overseas customers’ sample delivery cycles, jointly reduces the overall procurement costs of global equipment manufacturers, and, backed by the company’s AS9100 aerospace certification, simultaneously advances the joint research and development of lightweight aerospace wiring harnesses.
